We are Different

We will not process your jerky and “yuppie” it.

It will be created similar to the start of the mid- 1800’s Pioneer style. Our brine and smoke process naturally and efficiently cures and saves the meat. The taste you get is from natural ingredients and not ultra-processed, chemically enhanced, ingredients. Our flavors will subtly delight your palette in each bite. You will never see those little packets with our product.

Some of the basic methods in preparation have been forgotten.

The “Brine” is the bedrock of our business, whether its Beef, Game, or Fish, added with the passion in delivering the best tasting jerky here on earth. We package each item in-house as our family operation.
